Il progetto mira a ripercorrere la storicità degli edifici italiani del primo Novecento attraverso una precisa scelta dei materiali. Una reinterpretazione contemporanea del “terrazzo” in graniglia tipica degli appartamenti borghesi dell’epoca ottenuta grazie a impeccabili tecniche artigianali e a una moderna sensibilità di forme e volumi. I codici materici astratti di Terrazzo abbracciano la luce, irradiando dolcemente calore e atmosfera magica.
The project aims to retrace the historicity of Italian buildings of the early twentieth century through a precise choice of materials. A contemporary reinterpretation of the “terrazzo” in grit typical of the bourgeois apartments of the time obtained thanks to impeccable artisan techniques and a modern sensitivity of shapes and volumes. The abstract material codes of Terrazzo embrace the light, gently radiating warmth and a magical atmosphere.
